Baked Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. quick cooking rice
1 c. cream of chicken soup
3 to 4 pieces of chicken
1/2 envelope onion soup mix
Preparation

Mix together rice and cream of chicken soup.
Spread on bottom of casserole dish.
Lay pieces of chicken on top.
Sprinkle with onion soup mix.
Cover tightly with foil and bake in preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
