Lemon Cream Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. lemon jello
3/4 c. hot water
1 pkg. Dream Whip, prepared
1 pkg. graham crackers, crushed
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Combine crushed graham crackers, sugar and melted butter. Mix with fork until moist and press into pie plate to make crust (reserve extra crumb mixture for top). Dissolve lemon jello in hot water and cream with cream cheese.
Add a few drops of yellow food coloring, if desired.
Prepare Dream Whip according to directions on box and fold into cream cheese mixture.
Mix with electric mixer until smooth.
Put in pie crust and sprinkle with extra graham cracker crumbs.
Place in refrigerator until set.
