Strawberry Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 baked pie shells
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1/4 c. white Karo syrup
    1 c. water
    1 small box strawberry jello
    2 boxes strawberries (frozen)
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix sugar, cornstarch, jello, syrup and water. Cook until thick. Let cool and pour over sliced strawberries in pie shells. Let set in refrigerator. Top with Cool Whip.
