Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage, remove skin
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    3/4 to 1 lb. fresh large mushrooms
    1 very small diced onion
    2 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 egg
Preparation
    Remove mushroom stems.
    Dice about 1/2 or less of stems. Place mushroom caps on foil covered cookie sheet.
    In a mixing bowl, add sausage, stems, onions, egg, bread crumbs and cheese. Mix well.
    Stuff caps with mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 40 minutes.
    Serve piping hot.
