Baked Beans(For A Crowd) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. dry beans
    3 lb. pork
    1 c. molasses
    pinch of dry mustard
    1 small handful salt
    1 medium size onion
Preparation
    Put the beans in 4-gallon iron kettle.
    Cover with water and boil 10 minutes over hot flame, stirring constantly.
    Add more water.
    Remove from fire and add the pork, molasses, mustard, salt and onion.
    Cover with tightly fitting cast-iron lid.
