Grannie'S Macaroni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni
    1 small onion, grated
    16 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    2 oz. jar chopped pimento, drained
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook macaroni; drain.
    Combine cheese, onion, milk, soup and pimentos, mixing well with the macaroni.
    Pour into greased 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Continue melted margarine and cracker crumbs, mixing well.
    Spread over macaroni mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
