Veggie Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup prepared pizza sauce
    1 cup thinly sliced mushrooms
    1 small zucchini, thinly sliced
    1 medium green or red bell pepper, diced
    2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
    2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp each dried oregano and basil
    4 English muffins, cut in half
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400. Place muffins on baking dish. Spread two Tbsp of pizza sauce in the center of English muffin halves. Arrange veggies over sauce. Combine mozzarella, parmesan and herbs. Sprinkle over veggies. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
