Low Calorie Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 green onions
    2 green peppers
    3 whole tomatoes or 1 large can stewed tomatoes
    1 head cabbage
    1 large stalk celery
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 to 2 cans V-8 juice
    1 can mixed vegetables
Preparation
    Chop vegetables. Combine with onion soup mix and water in a large pot.
    Bring to a boil, cover, lower heat and simmer until vegetables are done.
    Add can of vegetables and V-8 juice.
    Season with salt, pepper, garlic and bouillon.
