Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. shortening
2 2/3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2/3 c. water
3 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. nuts and raisins
1 tsp. cloves
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar well.
Add eggs, pumpkin and water. Blend in flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and cloves. Stir in nuts and raisins.
Grease 2 (9 x 5 x 3-inch) pans or 3 (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/4-inch) pans.
Bake for 70 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
