Pork Chop Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 pork chops
1 large onion
4 to 5 large potatoes
salt and pepper to taste
2 c. water
Preparation

Preheat oven at 400\u00b0.
Layer the pork chops in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Then layer potatoes on top of pork chops and onions on top of potatoes.
Add salt and pepper.
Pour water over the ingredients.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 1 hour.
