Wacky Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 1/2 c. flour
3 c. sugar
9 Tbsp. cocoa
3 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
3 Tbsp. vinegar
3 tsp. vanilla
3 c. water

Preparation

Mix together.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Makes 42 cupcakes.
