Grandma'S Sour Cream Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground meat
2 large onions, chopped
16 oz. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. whole peppercorns
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. dill weed
6 potatoes, cut up
2 slices bread, broken in small pieces
1 egg
1 Tbsp. onion powder
Preparation

Using medium saucepan, fill halfway with water.
Bring to just below boil.
Mix ground meat, onions, peppercorns, salt, pepper, bread and eggs.
Roll into meatballs.
Place in hot water with onion powder for about 1/2 hour.
Make sure water just covers meatballs.
Add sour cream and potatoes; simmer another 3 hours. Refrigerate in pot overnight.
Reheat and serve with green or orange vegetable and applesauce.
