Pineapple Zucchini Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 beaten eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded and drained zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (not drained)
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs well, then beat in sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Mix dry ingredients and stir into egg mixture.
    Grease and flour two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans or 3 smaller ones.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour plus.
