Olive Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, grated medium fine
3/4 c. mayonnaise-type salad dressing
1 jar (8 oz.) small pimiento-stuffed green olives, drained (about 1 1/3 c.) and finely knife-chopped
Preparation

In a medium mixing bowl vigorously stir together cheese, salad dressing and olives.
Turn into one or two jars or crocks; cover tightly.
Refrigerate.
Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
