Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs, separated
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Add egg yolks and milk.
Beat well to make smooth batter.
Stir in melted butter.
At the last moment, put in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Bake in hot, well-greased waffle iron.
