Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. strawberries
1 1/4 c. nuts

Preparation

Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl.
Add oil, eggs and strawberries.
Mix well.
Stir in nuts.
Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Serve with a mixture of cream cheese and Cool Whip.
