Chicken With Lemon-Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. dry white wine or chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    chopped fresh parsley for garnish
    1 tsp. drained capers or lemon slices for garnish
Preparation
    Between waxed paper, pound chicken 1/4 inch thick; season. Coat with flour.
    In skillet in 2 teaspoons hot butter or margarine, cook chicken until lightly browned, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
    Remove and keep warm.
    Repeat with remaining chicken and butter/margarine as needed.
    In cup, stir wine and lemon juice; add to pan drippings in skillet.
    Cook and stir until slightly thickened.
    Pour over chicken pieces.
    Sprinkle with parsley. Garnish with capers or lemon slices, if desired.
    Serves 4 and only 249 calories per serving.
