Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Combine oil and sugar and mix well. In large bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients.
Add 1/2 of dry ingredients to oil mixture and blend well.
Add remaining dry ingredients.
Alternately add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each egg.
Add carrots and mix well.
Add pecans.
Pour into 9 x 13 dish (greased and floured) and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
