Eggplant Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium eggplant, diced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper
    10 oz. raw, ground turkey
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 oz. raw rice
    1 c. hot water
    red pepper
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Brown onion and green pepper in oil until soft.
    Add turkey and cook.
    Add a cup of hot water and rice.
    Put eggplant in casserole sliced in cubes.
    Put mixture over eggplant.
    Cover and cook at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
