Pizza Roll-Up - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) loaf frozen bread dough
    1/4 c. tomato paste
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    4 oz. pepperoni, chopped
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Thaw bread
    dough for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Roll out to 12 x 9-inch rectangle.
    Spread with tomato paste.
    Sprinkle with remaining
    ingredients.
    Roll
    up jelly roll fashion from long side.
    Seal.
    Place
    on
    greased baking sheet, seam side down. Brush with warm water.
    Sprinkle with a little salt.
    Let rise until
    almost
    double,
    about
    1
    hour.
    Make
    shallow slashes across top\tat
    2-inch
    intervals.\tBake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until done (use cookie sheet).
