Apple Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium size apples
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1/3 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Pare and slice apples; mix with brown sugar in baking pan. Set aside.
Mix flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon; set aside.
Beat egg; mix with flour mixture until crumbly.
Spread over fruit. Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 45 minutes until lightly browned.
Serve warm.
