Fish Packets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fish fillets
    celery, cut into 1-inch pieces
    onion, chopped or sliced
    sliced potatoes
    lemon juice
    salt
    pepper
    butter, cut into small bits
    cooking oil or spray
Preparation
    Place a 14-inch sheet of heavy-duty foil on the counter for each serving.
    Oil or spray the foil.
    Place fillet(s) on foil. Add lemon juice and spread over fish.
    Cover the fillet(s) with any amount you desire of celery, onion, sliced potatoes, salt and butter.
    Add small bits of butter, as desired.
    Place on grill over medium-low heat for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Open and serve.
