Pumpkin-Pecan Loaf(With Eggnog Or Hot Tea) - cooking recipe

    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    2 2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. (1/4 lb.) firm butter or margarine
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. solid vegetable shortening
    1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin
    2/3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. ground cardamon (optional)
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
