Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
onion powder
1 medium loaf Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Cook macaroni in salted water until tender and drain.
In a saucepan, melt butter and blend in flour to form a paste, then add milk.
Cook and stir until thick.
Add salt and pepper and cover mixture entirely with onion powder.
Stir in cheese until melted. Mix sauce with macaroni and turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole pan. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
