Chicken Souffle(Or Overnight Sandwich) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices trimmed bread
    2 c. chopped chicken
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Place 4 slices of bread in casserole.
    Combine next 7 ingredients and spoon onto bread.
    Add the other bread slices on top.
    Top with milk and eggs.
    Cover and keep in refrigerator overnight.
    Spoon soup mix over top of sandwiches, then bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Add cheese last 15 minutes.
