Blueberry Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    3/4 c. dark brown sugar
    pinch of salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 lb. ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
    1 c. blueberries
    pastry for two 9-inch pie crusts
    2 Tbsp. cream to spread over top crust before baking
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs until frothy and well combined.
    Add the tapioca and allow to absorb the liquid for 2 minutes.
    Beat in brown sugar, salt and nutmeg.
    Add peaches and blueberries.
