Artichoke Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head iceberg lettuce
    1/3 head romaine lettuce
    1 small red onion, sliced thin
    4 tsp. pimento, drained
    4 or 5 artichoke hearts (non-marinated)
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 clove garlic, chopped fine (optional)
Preparation
    Mix and marinate for about 2 hours.
