Kidney Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2) can kidney beans
3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1/2 c. celery
2 Tbsp. minced onion
6 small sweet pickles, chopped
1/4 c. salad dressing
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Empty beans into colander and pour hot water over them to remove sauce.
Drain and chill.
Combine with eggs, celery, onion, pickles and salt with salad dressing thinned with catsup.
Serve in lettuce cups and garnish with onion rings or parsley.
