Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sauerkraut
1 carrot, grated
4 Tbsp. sweet relish
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Squeeze water from kraut.
Add carrot and relish.
Boil oil, vinegar and sugar.
Cool and mix together.
Chill and serve.
