Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 potatoes, cooked and mashed
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Put in casserole with lid. Make 1 day ahead and refrigerate. Bake when ready to use at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
