Company Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. shrimp *
1 c. raw rice, cooked
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 stick butter (oleo)
salt and pepper to taste (most use red pepper)
Preparation

Saute celery, pepper, onions and shrimp (shrimp may be cut up in smaller pieces).
Cook rice.
Mix all ingredients together, except cheese.
Bake, covered, in casserole, at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and cover top with grated cheese.
