Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    3 c. ham
Preparation
    Peel potatoes.
    Thinly slice potatoes to measure 6 cups.
    Place half of the potatoes in a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Add half the onion.
    Sift half the flour and add to ham and vegetables in casserole; sprinkle with half the salt and pepper.
    Repeat layers. Pour milk over all.
    Cover and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover and continue baking 15 to 30 minutes longer or until potatoes are done.
    Makes 6 servings.
