1 c. butter
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. whipped cream (Cool Whip
2 (3 oz.) boxes instant lemon pudding
3 c. milk
Cool Whip (for additional topping)
Preparation

For the crust layer, cut butter into flour until well blended. Add walnuts.
Pat into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Let cool.
