Layered Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head lettuce
    1/2 c. green onion, chopped
    1 celery stalk, thinly sliced
    1 can (small) sliced water chestnuts
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen baby peas
    sliced mushrooms (fresh)
    2 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    3 chopped hard-boiled eggs
    3/4 c. fried bacon, crumbled
Preparation
    In a 4-quart bowl layer each ingredient in the following order:
    Lettuce, onion, celery, drained water chestnuts, thawed peas, mushrooms, 2 cups mayonnaise (spread), sugar, cheese, seasoned salt, table salt, egg and bacon.
