Zucchini Or Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini/squash
    1 small onion
    1 c. cream chicken soup, undiluted
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. butter
    2 carrots, shredded
    1 small jar pimientos
    1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Preparation
    Cut unpared zucchini/squash into bite size pieces.
    Mix ingredients with 1/2 of the dressing mix.
    Put in casserole and top with balance of dressing.
    Bake for approximately 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
