Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. round steak, cut into 2-inch strips
1/4 c. salad oil
2 onions, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
2 c. beef bouillon
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
salt and pepper
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Heat oil in frypan over medium heat; add meat and brown.
Add onions and green peppers.
Mix salt, pepper and cornstarch; add broth and soy sauce.
Pour over meat and bring to a boil.
Cook until mixture thickens.
Serve over rice.
Serves 6.
