Salmon Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    2/3 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. chopped almonds
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 (8 oz.) carton commercial sour cream
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. dried whole dill weed
    3 drops hot sauce
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon (undrained)
    celery leaves (optional)
    cherry tomato (optional)
Preparation
    Combine flour and next 5 ingredients; mix well.
    Reserve 1/2 cup crust mixture and set aside. Press mixture into bottom and up sides of 9-inch quiche dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 325\u00b0.
    Remove crust from oven and set aside.
