Marinated Arm Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. arm or chuck roast
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. salad oil, olive
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour over meat.
    Refrigerate 3 days. Turn meat at least once.
    Grill
    to desired doneness.
    Slice thin and serve.
    My kids favorite!
