Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 c. carrots, grated
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream oil, sugar and eggs.
    Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
    Mix well; add carrots and nuts.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
