Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. cranberries
3 c. orange juice
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. orange rind
1 tsp. lemon rind
2 oranges, peeled and wedged
Preparation

Pour berries into boiling orange juice.
Stir until all berries are popped.
Remove from heat.
Add honey, grated lemon and orange rind and orange wedges.
Blend until smoother.
Chill until ready to serve.
