Tortellini Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen tortellini
4 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/3 c. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, mashed
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. ground thyme
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dill weed
mixed vegetables
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except tortellini and vegetables. Cook tortellini following directions.
Combine with your choice of (bite size) cooked potato, carrots and green beans, plus peas, mushroom caps, black olives and garbanzo beans.
Add oil/spice dressing to cooked tortellini and vegetables.
Stir so pieces are well coated.
Let stand in refrigerator for 2 hours or more.
