Noky(Small Dumplings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 whole egg
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt (or less)
Preparation

Beat together egg, milk, salt and flour; mix well.
Put batter onto a plate, slicing batter with a knife to the edge of the plate, letting pieces fall off into a kettle of boiling, salt water.
Boil 5 to 7 minutes or until done.
Pull out of water with a slotted spoon to remove any water.
Continue to slice off more dumplings until batter is all done.
