"Oh So Good" Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped onion
1 c. diced celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
2 lb. ground beef
1 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 small cans mushrooms and juice
1 can sliced water chestnuts
salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. shredded cheese
1 small can shoestring potatoes
Preparation

Brown onion, celery, pepper and beef in butter.
Mix rice, soups, mushrooms and chestnuts.
Mix altogether.
Put into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Top with shredded cheese and shoestring potatoes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
This will serve 10 people.
