Lemon Lush - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. butter or margarine
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. confectioners sugar
16 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
2 (3 5/8 oz.) pkg. instant pudding (any kind)
3 c. milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In small bowl combine flour, butter and walnuts; blend well.
Pat mixture in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake 15 minutes.
Let cool.
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, confectioners sugar and 1 cup of the whipped topping; blend well.
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly onto cooled crust pan.
