Coffee Can Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. walnuts
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. raisins
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix 2 cups flour with yeast.
    Stir water, milk, butter, sugar and salt together and cook over a low heat until butter melts. Cool 5 minutes.
    Add flour and yeast, remaining flour, nuts, raisins and eggs.
    Dough will be stiff.
    Knead until smooth and elastic.
    Divide dough in half and place half in each of 2 (1 pound) coffee cans.
    Cover with lid and let rise in warm place until dough is 1-inch from the top.
    Remove lid and bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
