Mrs. Patterson'S Butternut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium butternut squash
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. milk
    vanilla-butternut flavoring
    1 pie shell
Preparation
    Cut outer skin away from squash.
    Cut
    in pieces.
    Cook inside meat by boiling on stove until soft.
    Remove and drain. Add eggs and beat.
    Add flour, sugar, flavorings and milk. Mix until lumps are gone.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake
    at
    350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 until firm.
