Scalloped Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3 slices bread, cubed (let dry out)
    1 pt. tomatoes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute onions with margarine; add bread cubes and toss together.
    Place half of tomatoes in small casserole dish.
    Layer half of bread mixture.
    Repeat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
    A nice recipe for home canned tomatoes.
