Cranberried Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Fresh Cranberries (Choppeed)
1/2 c. Raisins
1/2 c. Walnuts (Chopped)
1 Tart Apple (Peeled and Sliced)
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
6-8 Sweet Potatoes
Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients with the exception of the sweet potatoes and mix well.
2. Cut sweet potatoes in half and remove several Tbsps. of
pulp from the center of each half.
3. Fill hollowed potatoes with cranberry mixture. Sprinkle
with additional brown sugar for a shinny glaze.
4. Place potatoes under broiler until hot and bubbling.
Serve at once.
