Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. shredded potatoes
    1 onion, shredded
    2 beaten eggs
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Fry on hot, lightly greased pan. Flip when brown; fry 1 to 2 minutes longer.
    Keep warm in oven. Delicious with applesauce.
    Great side dish for pork.
