Bethlehem Fried Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large tomatoes, peeled and skinned
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    3/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp allspice
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over washed tomatoes and allow them to sit for a few minutes until the skins peels off easily.
    Remove skin and slice tomatoes on a wooden board, making sure not to waste the juice.
